Our sea salt caramel truffle recipe is a sweet liquid caramel with a hint of sea salt, all captured in a velvety milk chocolate shell. An explosion of silky smooth caramel. A truly divine and indulgent caramel experience. Suitable for Vegetarians.
Milk chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier (SOYA lecithin), natural vanilla flavouring), salted caramel (37%)(glucose syrup, sweetened condensed MILK, sugar, vegetable fat (coconut oil), sea salt, butter oil (MILK), emulsifier (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids), thickener (pectin)), icing sugar, maize starch.
