We are sorry that in most circumstances, it is not possible to make changes to your order once you have placed it. If you would like to add products to your order, please place a new order for these items.

UK Delivery Information
For orders placed over a Bank Holiday Weekend, these will be sent out on the following Monday or the following Tuesday if Monday is a Bank Holiday.
If there is nobody present to receive your delivery, a card will be left for you.
All items leave our store in perfect condition, Charbonnel et Walker cannot be held responsible for damage sustained in transit.
Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands are UK.
UK Customers For Easter Deliveries, please place your orders by Mid-Day on Tuesday 4th April. Orders placed after this time, we will do our best to send out as quickly as possible for you.
Option 1: Free UK Shipping on all orders of £45 or above. Trackable and Signed For. (3-5 working days).
Option 2: Royal Mail Signed For. Trackable Service. (3-5 working days)
Option 3: Fedex Premium post- up to 15kg Next Working Day / Trackable. ** This service is currently unavailable due to the volume of orders for Easter. We will re-instate this as soon as we are able to.
Orders placed after Mid-Day on a Friday or over the weekend will be sent out on the following Monday or if a Bank Holiday Weekend, as soon as possible from the following Tuesday.
Sending Gifts to Multiple Addresses
Our website allows you to send multiple gifts to multiple addresses, rather than having to enter each delivery as a separate order. Please note, our Free UK Delivery Offer with £40 spend is only available for one delivery to the UK and unavailable when sending multiple gifts to each address.

For customers placing orders to the Middle East, we advise our Cool Shipping Service to prevent your chocolates from melting.

في حالة الطلبات الكبيرة التي يزيد وزنها عن 5 كغ، تبلغ تكلفة خدمة الشحن المُبرَّد 900 جنيه إسترليني.
Due to the high temperatures across the Middle East we can only ship items with a Cool Shipping Service to prevent the chocolates melting. This Cool Shipping Service costs £450. Please select this option at check out or contact our team on [email protected] who will be able to assist with your order.
If a Cool Shipping service is not selected, please note our chocolates are sent in packaging that is not temperature controlled. Please be aware of this if shipping is required for a very hot climate. We would advise the Cool Shipping option is selected.
All shipping is subject to customs clearance.
We are unable to post out items to a PO box or a free post address.
Delivery Information Worldwide
We do not use Royal Mail for overseas deliveries.
Rest of World: For deliveries outside of the Middle East, we use a FedEx international priority service which is a fast, superior delivery service for you, enabling us to get your chocolates to you as quickly as possible.
