October: Pink Marc de Champagne Truffles

First introduced in the 1990’s following the success of Milk Marc de Champagne, this iconic truffle is synonymous with the brand name.

Known for the pretty pastel pink gift box in which they are housed, this is a luxurious white chocolate truffle with a hint of strawberry and a creamy milk chocolate Marc de Champagne centre. Butter is folded into melted milk chocolate and the Marc de Champagne added. The mixture is whisked to form a thick ganache, and the truffles are then coated in fine chocolate and lightly dusted with icing sugar.
