How to Earn Points:
Earn points for every £ you spend at www.charbonnel.co.uk
Once you have accumulated 500 points, these can be redeemed for money off at the checkout. 500 points equals £5 towards your next purchase.
Once you reach the 500 points, you can save more points for a larger discount. Points are based on product value and do not include taxes or shipping fees.

Eligibility:
Members of the Charbonnel et Walker Rewards program are eligible to earn points. Sign up by creating an account. You must be signed into your account when making a purchase to receive points. Purchases made as a Guest will not earn points. You can sign up or sign into your Rewards account on www.charbonnel.co.uk/account or by clicking on the Rewards tab in the Navigation.
Redemption:
Unlock your points and use them towards purchases by signing into your account and placing items in your cart. Once you reach checkout, you will see a dropdown menu with the option to ‘Use My Points’. Click this to apply your points to your order.
Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash and are not eligible with other discounts and promotions.
Rewards can only be redeemed against online purchases made on www.charbonnel.co.uk. Points cannot be redeemed for cash or against Charbonnel et Walker products purchased at our own stores and concessions, other retailers or any offline orders.
Loyalty Points
Loyalty points are not valid or applicable to previous orders, sale or discounted goods, virtual gift cards, wholesale orders, or orders not placed on our website. Nor combined with other discounts or promotional codes. Points accumulated do not confer any legal rights on the holder. Charbonnel et Walker reserves the right to withdraw offers or amend the terms and conditions related to this offer at any time.
Points expire after 1 year. The number of points you have accumulated will be visible by logging into your account. Reminders will also be sent prior to expiry.
Loyalty Program Updates:
The Charbonnel et Walker Program may be suspended, modified, or terminated at any time with or without notice. Changes may include modifying the qualifications for Reward tiers, changing the Reward earnings, as well as restricting or terminating outstanding Rewards points. Charbonnel et Walker reserves the right to interpret Rewards Program rules and policies at its sole discretion.
