July: Rose Creams

The Rose Cream, the fourth chocolate made by Madame Charbonnel and Mrs. Walker in the history of the company with the Violet Cream being No.5.

This traditional recipe is still adhered to today where a unique fondant recipe is infused with the attar of Roses. The chocolates are then enrobed in our 70% Fine Dark Chocolate where a delicately placed crystalised rose petal is added to each one. Often seen as an acquired taste, this delicate, fragranced chocolate offers a world of enjoyment, especially when paired as an after dinner treat or with a cup of finely ground coffee.
