Flavour of the Month
June: Milk & Dark Crowns
As we commence 150 year celebrations and the very beginning of the Charbonnel et Walker journey, the month of June welcomes the first chocolate Madame Charbonnel and Mrs Walker made, a tantalising Dark Chocolate Crown.
A befitting thank you to King Edward VII (then the Prince of Wales) who had introduced both ladies. A bon vivant who enjoyed the finer things in life, he was a great admirer of the chocolates they made. The Dark Chocolate Crown in its sculptured chocolate exterior is a complex affair with a beautifully blended marzipan, whisky and hazelnut praline centre.
Coated in our rich, 70% dark chocolate, this elegant little crown is a delight to enjoy and beholds 150 years of history with every bite.
Free gift with in-store purchase.
